Let me tell you my story. It’s quite extraordinary. I enrolled in the then-brand-new Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and spent three months self-learning from various platforms. After three months of searching, I landed a job in London from Hong Kong, and a year later, I became a senior data analyst in one of the world’s largest and most reputable media corporations.
There was undoubtedly a lot of luck, but also a lot of hard work. And I’m here to share both the hard work and the mistakes I made.
As a former journalist with over a decade of experience, I’ve always been fascinated by the potential of data. But it wasn’t until I started learning about data analysis that I fell head over heels in love.
